BANKING SUMMARY - The banks have corrupted parliaments and courts in order to achieve their seemingly invincible position. Through the parliaments, banks have set in place legislation which form the blue print and provide the means to realize their goal.

However, such legislation can only be enforced through the courts where, if justice were to prevail, bad laws would be vetoed and rejected in fair trials or tribunals. That is why the banks have to have dominance over the courts. They do this by firstly controlling the judges and secondly eliminating juries - thereby removing any possibility that the judges may "do right" or that the people may exercise their will.

The truth is in the meaning of the word, "variable", as found in the Oxford English Dictionary. "Variable" means "uncertain" and "certain" means "not variable". For contracts to be valid under the common law, there must be "certainty of terms" as an essential element. Therefore, all loan contracts in which the banks have incorporated variable interest rates are invalid. Those loans are illegal and the banks are common law criminals.

But the knowledge of such a system has deliberately been kept from you by some corporations and extremely wealthy and powerful individuals who benefit the most from the current punitive taxation system that hits the middle class the hardest. While it is fine to be wealthy and prosperous, the love of money has nevertheless driven many a rich individual to oppress their fellow man. There is a long list of self-indulgent, greedy individuals who have paid off politicians in order to protect and expand their own personal wealth. It was the incredibly wealthy and powerful industrialist John D. Rockefeller who repeatedly stated, “Competition is a sin”, desiring total monopoly in his wanton lust for more. It is known that he bought off politicians who then introduced legislation that destroyed his competitors. It is people like this who have manipulated governments to unjustly deprive people and businesses of their hard earned income through taxation, and by ensuring throughout recent history the fair and just economic system that we advocate is never introduced.
The time is now when we must rise up and take a stand for what is right, for what is good, for what is honest and fair. The time has come for the public to know the truth; for paradigms to be challenged; to think outside of the box. The information you are about to read used to be taught in economics classes, but the influence of the ultra rich has ensured this information was no longer taught in schools and universities, and they even ensured this information was excised from new encyclopaedias, and the people advocating this system were deliberately ignored and even ridiculed.
Before you are able to fully understand the Australian Sovereignty Party’s policy regarding the raising of revenue, which is known by a few enlightened people around the world as “Georgist Philosophy”, we would like to share with you a brief story. There was a wealthy European land baron, “Sir Lundgruber”, who owned the title to over 200,000 acres of beautiful, green, fertile, prime agricultural land which he used for no other purpose than looking at through the many windows of his château, and perhaps to occasionally go duck hunting with his wealthy friends.
Not far from his estate was a little town called Troddenapon. This small town was comprised mostly of poor farmers trying hard to scrape out a living by working the small parcels of infertile land that they were able to afford. One day, after the government decided to raise the sales tax on produce, the distressed farmers held a town meeting. After some discussion, knowing that their
corrupt government would never listen to them, they decided to go and ask Sir Lundgruber if he would kindly permit the farmers to work just a small portion of his fertile land, to help the farmers earn enough to prevent their land from being seized.
The farmers asked and begged for many days, but Sir Lundgruber would not so much as let them step one foot on his vast and beautiful land. Then one brave farmer, Frank, stood up and asked Sir Lundgruber, “Mister, may I ask, how is it you came to own all of this beautiful land?” The wealthy and baron responded arrogantly and said, “my great-great-great-grandfather was given this land by a nobleman in return for his daughter’s hand in marriage, and it has been passed down to me!” “Oh” replied Frank the farmer, “and how did that nobleman come to own this land?” Sir Lundgruber knew the answer, but not wanting to respond he replied nastily “why are we having this conversation, it is none of your business!” But Frank was self-educated, and had studied the historical records of the area. “Did not the nobleman’s great-great grandfather use his private army to battle against and seize the land from a village of peaceful farmers?” asked Frank. Sir Lundgruber’s face turned red, “well, so a long time ago a battle was fought for the land, what of it? I own the land now and that is that!” he snorted. Frank gazed at all the other poor farmers standing with him, pitchforks in hand, then looked back at Sir Lundgruber and said “well Sir, perhaps we shall now battle YOU for your land!”
This short story serves to illustrate an important point, and that is “how did anybody truly come to own land in the first place?” When white man first settled in Australia, of the many foreign customs the indigenous population found difficult to understand was the whole concept of “land ownership.” You see, in their culture, the land was never owned by anybody, or at the very most, a tribe in aggregate would lay claim to a particular territory that they used for hunting and gathering.
They saw themselves as stewards, or caretakers of the land that everybody had a right to, much in the same way that American Indians used to view the land. But when the white man came and started fencing in properties, many indigenous people did not understand that these “properties” were now “owned” by some white fellow, and that they were no longer permitted access to this property upon which their forefathers had hunted for many generations.
And so history tells us of the fate of many innocent indigenous people who climbed these fences, not knowing any better, and finding themselves staring down the barrel of a white man’s rifle.
Of course, while history should not be forgotten, or falsified, or hidden for that matter since there is a lot of evidence pointing to ancient Egyptian and Phoenician settlements in Australia, we must all, indigenous Australians included, accept our present reality, and that is we are now a well established nation comprised of many people of varying backgrounds and cultures.
The cultural beliefs that indigenous tribes held concerning the land may have been appropriate for a hunter/gatherer society, but such a concept could not work today. In a modern self-serving capitalist society, it is important that we have the security of holding title to a piece of land, to have the right to occupy that land at the exclusion of all others, and in perpetuity, otherwise, who would bother sowing seed, tilling the land, investing time, money and effort to produce food crops if any person could enter that property and partake of the fruit of that person’s labour?
Moreover, who would bother to spend their own money to build a house on a property if there was no guarantee that they and their family could have a permanent and exclusive right to possess that house?
For obvious reasons, we all need to have laws that protect a person’s right to “own” a property, confident that they have the sole right to own, use and take advantage of the capital that they have invested on that property, such as an apartment building, a house, or a vineyard, if it were residential or rural, or in the case of commercial and industrial properties; a business premises, factory, warehouse or otherwise.
Once again reiterating the question “how did anybody come to own land in the first place”, it is important to note that the supply of land is limited. Modern societies are ever producing more goods, like TV’s, mobile phones, computers, etc, but no one is “making” more land. Like many goods such as special edition luxury cars, when a limited supply is produced and sold, the value of that car is artificially worth more, since only a limited number are available to purchase. But what of land? The Australian Sovereignty Party does not believe the earth is over-populated, indeed, the entire world's population could easily be sustained just on the eastern half of Australia if the dry areas were made productive, with a population density of about 6 people per acre.
Nonetheless, as the population increases in city and urban areas, particularly when land is deliberately locked out from development, it is inevitable that more people are going to compete for the remaining available land. Since land is the one thing that every person requires, as we all need to call some space on this earth home where we are legally permitted to live and rest, what happens when little or no land is being sold? in the late 80s, land in the central business district of Tokyo, Japan, was selling for as much as US$4 billion / acre, or US$1,000,000 per square meter.
No more land is being made, so the competition for the little available land in Tokyo is tremendous. How can the average middle class person possibly ever own any land in such a society? They are at the whim of the ultra rich who can charge whatever they like for the privilege of being able to rent and live in some small space on this place we call earth! So, what has all of this got to do with our policy regarding raising revenue? You are about to find out! Since, in all fairness and truth, it is unreasonable to really claim “ownership” of any land, especially when the growing mass of humanity should be able to at least live and rest upon some small portion of land without having to financially become a total slave to some wealthy individual who can charge whatever they like, it is the philosophy of the Australian Sovereignty Party that all “land”, and all natural resources (i.e., that which nature has provided and not which man has made), should be the common heritage of all mankind!
In the case of the “Common-wealth of Australia”, all the land and natural resources that comprise our great nation should rightfully belong collectively to the Australian people. In other words, this land is for the “common wealth” of all Australians! As citizens of the Commonwealth of Australia, by right you are actually shareholders of all the natural resources and land that comprise Australia.
As a citizen shareholder, you are entitled to a dividend of the wealth that is generated by the use and exploitation of these natural resources. Where people currently “own” land, in recognition of the fact that all land must belong collectively to the Australian public, they would rather become permanent leaseholders of that property.
It is a privilege, not a right, for an individual to permanently occupy and use land, at the exclusion of all others who by right of citizenship have joint-ownership of that piece of land, something that is a finite resource which nature has provided. Therefore, as Georgist philosophy recommends, the “owner”, or rather leaseholder of that property should pay a rent to the Australian public for that privilege, a rent that is determined by the value of that particular parcel of land.
Interestingly, a similar system for the administration of “land ownership” was instituted and historically documented four thousand years ago in ancient Israel. To ensure that the land area possessed by each of the 12 Israeli tribes it was kept as an eternal inheritance with the community of that tribe, a family's land could not be sold in perpetuity, but only leased for a given time until the Jubilee year every half century came about, when all land must be repossessed by that original family / community.
In a similar sense, we are claiming that all our Australian land must belong collectively to the Australian community, and that a person may only lease the land from the community, but never “own” it in perpetuity.
But consider how permanent land ownership has contributed to great suffering in this world.
Presently, you have the World Conservation Bank, the IMF, WB, and certain “Biodiversity Funds”, and extremely wealthy Banking cartels (Who pay NO Taxes in any of their respective Countries and hold the 'Rights' to print the money which the provide to each Government plus interest) buying up huge swaths of land all around the world and locking them out from development, (Buying up from indebted Governments 'Public owned assets such as 'Water' 'Fuel' 'Gas' 'Shipping' 'Communications' 'Transport' 'Banks' 'Insurance' and National Parks and State Forests etc etc) all in the name of saving the earth, but really they have other intentions more nefarious and deceptive. (These are the "self Appointed NWO leaders who would rule the Earth, and using UN would like to take over our Country Australia. - They have already infiltrated every aspect of our Government both State and Federal and Locally.)
In many areas of the third world, thousands are starving to death because their farmland has been illegitimately seized by their corrupt governments and bankers, often with little or no compensation, and sold to these wealthy individuals and organisations who withhold these communities from the kind of development that could alleviate their poverty and starvation.
In the developed world, often through deliberately manufactured cycles of boom and bust, the banks and the very richest inevitably end up owning all the land, and can then charge whatever they like for a working class family to be able to live anywhere.
Often, particularly under the current taxation regime, the rich can get away with paying little or no tax, and the working man is forced to surrender his hard earned wages to build the roads and infrastructure that these same wealthy people use. In fact, from 1996 to 2001, Australia's richest man did not pay a single cent in tax, yet the average income earner is paying as much as 78% of their hard earned wages through a multitude of direct and indirect taxes. With the present tax regime, one person can work part time and pay $5,000 of income tax per annum, while another person working two jobs to support his family pays $20,000 in tax, yet both have equal entitlements to the use of infrastructure, the health care system and so forth.
This system is inequitable, it is not fair, particularly when you discover that the very richest often pay very little tax at all. With land value rents, your financial contribution to the community is a rent based on the value of the natural assets (i.e. land which rightfully belongs to all citizens) that you occupy, so your financial contribution is not based on how hard you work, and you are not taxed on what you earn... You keep the wealth you make, and only pay for that which you take from the community! There is a critical point here that must be understood concerning what determines the value of a person’s “land”. Notice we used the word land, and not property, since property can be taken to include any capital improvements on that land, such as a house. The value of a person’s “land”, particularly if that land is in a suburban area, is chiefly determined by the quality of the surrounding infrastructure, such as roads, gardens and parks, access to utilities, distance to shops and services, etc.
Basically, the level of investment the community has put in to develop that area is what determines the value of your land.
Consider how the current system of land speculation works, and the injustice of it all. Now we all know of those outer suburban areas surrounding major cities that are under development. We all wish we had the money and foresight years ago to have bought as much of that land as possible before the urban sprawl crept towards that land, therefore sending the value of that land sky-rocketing.
Lets take the example of Mr Smith or a large Corporation. Now Mr Smith, a land speculator, bought 1000 hectares of land 15 years ago in what was at that time considered a rural area. He bought the land at the bargain basement price of $270,000. Mr Smith simply allows his land to lie unused and unproductive for 15 years. Now, as the need for more housing increased, the suburban sprawl crept ever closer to his land. At last, the “community” (ideally represented by the stewardship of elected government) came in and invested public money, time and effort to develop the surrounding land by building roads, schools, shops, medical centres, parks, gardens and lakes, laying the pipes for water, gas, electricity, phone lines and so forth as the urban sprawl finally reached that area.
Now, due to no action of his own, the value of Mr Smith’s land went from $270,000 15 years ago, to well over $80,000,000 (80 Million) today when subdivided. "What did this land speculator or Corporation do to earn the increase in value of this land? The answer, - NOTHING! He simply had the foresight, and money, to buy the land 15 years ago. The key here is, if the community did not spend a single dollar to develop the surrounding areas, the value of Mr Smith’s land would be nowhere near what it is worth today. It is the community that “earned” the increase in value of Mr Smith’s land, it is the community that spent the money to develop the area, therefore the Australian Sovereignty Party believes it is only fair that the community benefits financially from the increase in value of his land through a system of land value rents, which shall now be explained.
-Land value rents and public ownership of natural resources.
“Pay for what you take, not what you make”!
If or when the Australian people decide they would like an honest government,
the Australian Sovereignty Party when elected WILL REMOVE ALL TAXES! Indeed, under our system, when we have abolished all taxes over a 2 year period, the average Australian home owner earning $60,000 who currently pays as much as 78% of his income on direct and indirect taxes, could save as much as
$32,000 per year after paying his fair share back to the community for the land he occupies. Or perhaps you might prefer the $900 cash bribe given to Australians by Kevin Rudd, which he
borrowed from banks, and which you as a taxpayer have to pay back with interest, but we think most Aussies might go for the extra $32,000. Imagine, under our system, how much more disposable income people will have to invest back into the economy...
Prosperity will simply explode under our stewardship.
“Government revenue” (which does not belong to the government but as stewards we will wisely and fairly invest the revenue back into the community to which it belongs) is raised by two simple means in place of the plethora of current punitive taxes.
1. By charging a monthly rent for the use of all land based on its value (not sale price). Studies show that a monthly rent equal to 1/12th of 1/10th, or about 0.9% of the land value would suffice
to replace all state and federal revenues currently collected from all taxes (If you attempt to calculate what your own personal land rent would be based on its sale price, this would be incorrect, and most probably inflated).
2. By public ownership and exploitation of all natural resources, which the Australian community, through the stewardship of an ASP government, will tender contracts out to competing mining
companies, and pay them an extraction fee plus performance based commissions. All the extracted and refined resources then belong to the public, which is then sold for community profit.
Land value rents (LVR) Land is unlike other traded commodities, as the use of land is a basic need for all of humanity, and as a natural resource (not man made), it is finite in supply.
Because this earth and its resources are the common heritage of all mankind, land should not be owned, bought, sold and traded as though it were like ordinary shares, stocks and bonds, as doing so is the cause of so much evil in this world. To exclusively occupy and use what belongs to all humanity is a privilege, and people should pay for that privilege in the form of a monthly rent, which is paid to the community.
In practice, a land value assessor would visit every property once a year, making a determination of the value only on the land aspect of a person’s property. Whether a person has built a $120,000 spec home on the land, or a multi-million dollar mansion with a pool and beautiful landscaping, it is irrelevant, as the assessor would evaluate the property as though it were bare of any improvements, just as though it were an empty block of land. With capital improvements not having any bearing, an assessment of the land value (not sale price) for determining the appropriate LVR on that property, is decided by several factors:
-First of all, it is the quality and upkeep, proximity and accessibility of the infrastructure surrounding that piece of land, which include roads, utilities, paths, parks, playgrounds, gardens, etc., all of which are developed at the expense of the community.
This has a big influence on land value -Secondly, part of the land value may also be determined by the view that the owner (permanent leaser/renter) beholds, perhaps from an elevation, or view of a beach, lake or forest. Since the landowner did not create the beauty that nature provides us, once again it is a privilege to occupy and use such a piece of land that perhaps enjoys to a greater degree a view of that which is the common heritage of all mankind.
-Thirdly, the level of public demand for land and or properties in proximity to the land under assessment has a significant bearing on the value of land.
-And last, the value of a person’s land may also be based on the proximity to services such as healthcare and public transportation, the commercial and businesses districts, entertainment and leisure facilities, and other developments.
All four of these aspects that determine the value of a person’s land are aspects which that person has no influence over, and so any changes, improvements or otherwise in these aspects will affect the value of a person’s land, and therefore, affect the amount of rent that person must pay to the community for the privilege of permanent occupancy. Remember that a person did not earn any increase in the value of their land based on local
improvements and other factors outside of their control, but neither does a person desire any decrease in their land’s value which is also affected by factors beyond their control, and so, the amount of rent paid to the community, which is paid on a monthly basis, is adjusted either up or down accordingly. Now, different methods of evaluating a property’s value apply to different classifications of land, such as urban/residential, industrial/commercial, rural and agricultural. Of particular note is how the value of a rural or “agricultural/farming” property is assessed.
Not all rural land has reasonable agricultural/farming prospects, but may serve well for grazing animals and for dairy farms and the like. Some rural properties also enjoy some breathtaking views of nature where others may not.
While still other properties may be closer or further to infrastructure, public services and so forth.
A system of land value rents naturally encourages land to be put to its best use. In the case of properties that are located in a good, fertile, prime agricultural area, the monthly rent due to the
community would be based largely on the maximum potential organic agricultural yield of the land. As the Australian Sovereignty Party is a true environmental protection party, we will encourage farmers to grow only non-GMO, pesticide and herbicide free organic crops, which if they do for the
sake of the good health of all Australians, the monthly land value rent they must pay will be discounted.
Moreover, to encourage farming land to be left fallow once every seven years to give the earth rest, which studies prove help to prevent mineral and nutritional depletion of the soil, a farmer, who can prove to the community that the land is left fallow once every seven years, will not be required to pay land value rent on his land that year. Consider the following situation; an elderly couple retires after many years of farming a 10,000-acre property in the prime agricultural area of the Murray-Darling basin.
Now, because they are no longer receiving an income from the sale of farming produce, yet are still required to pay a monthly rent to the Australian community based on the productive value of their property, they may decide that it is not economical for them to continue living on such a large agricultural property, with the associated rent. Since a retired couple does not need to be living on 10,000 acres of prime agricultural land, they decide to sell it to someone else who can once again put the land back to its best use in growing fruit and vegetables, which is good for the Australian community and helps us to be independent as a
nation, not relying on inferior imported produce.
Naturally, the retired couple is more than welcome to continue enjoying the rural lifestyle, the views and privacy that living on such a large property affords. Nevertheless, as they continue to occupy land at the exclusion of all citizens who are by right joint owners or shareholders of that land, regardless of how long that couple may have been occupants, the retired couple is still obligated to continue paying the monthly rent to the community based on the value of that land. Perhaps they might employ
someone to work their land, to help provide an income and be able to pay the LVR to the community. So, you can see how land value rents encourage Australian land to be put to its best, most productive use. The same is true for both agricultural land, and land in urban areas. Consider another situation; someone owns a dilapidated, run down, eye sore of a warehouse right in the heart of the central business district.
The warehouse is not in use, and the owner is not required to do anything with it. Now, this dishevelled old warehouse sits on land that could be worth over $1,000,000. The owner is still required to pay the land value rent every month, which for obvious reasons he/she does not wish to pay since there is no income being made from the property. So, he/she sells the property to a developer, who tears down the eye sore and builds a new apartment complex that benefits the Australian community.
The land is being put to its best, most productive use! However, under the present tax system, the owner may only pay a few thousand in rates every year and that is it. He/she still does nothing with the land because he/she wants to wait until the land prices sky-rocket ever further, waiting many years until he/she can get the sale price he desires, and all this time the community has to put up with looking at this old, dilapidated warehouse. With land value rents, you can see how this situation would change. Land would rather quickly be put to its best use, thereby creating an income of which a small portion can then be used to pay the land value rent.
There are so many additional benefits to this system of raising public revenue. As a natural and beneficial consequence of land value rents, the sale price (not value) of the land aspect of a person's property will eventually be reduced to zero. When land is “bought”, or the title deed changes hands, because the obligation to pay a rent to the community is transferred to the new owner/leaser, the market will actually be flooded with new available properties for sale, since people who are not putting their land to any productive use will not wish to pay rent on something that they are not using.
Of course, as the sale price of land is diminished, that would naturally cause a relative drop in the potential revenue collected from land value rents, if indeed the rent was based on potential sale prices, which it is not. The rent to be paid is assessed based by the four factors determining the VALUE, not sale price of land.
The owners of an unused farming property for example may wish to simply give their land away to someone else who can put it to good use and pay the rent, perhaps only selling the property for the value of the capital improvements on the land such as fencing, water troughs and storehouses. So, the price of land will be vastly reduced, and this has incredible benefits to the Australian community. Yes, in the short term, some people who have invested in property may unfortunately lose out, but this is a necessary social and economic readjustment that will make life better for all Australians. However, considering the fact that they will never pay taxes ever again, any loss in asset price will quickly be recouped in the massive savings they will enjoy by not paying any taxes ever again.
Besides, if property prices continue to increase, though it may benefit us home-owners, it creates a great burden for our children who will one day require a house of their own! Now consider this; an entrepreneur wishes to build a factory and manufacture some product. Under the present economic order, he is able to borrow a maximum of $1,500,000 from a bank.
Immediately, $900k of the loan goes directly to purchasing an empty block of industrial zoned land.
The entrepreneur has only $600k left with which to build a factory, purchase the inventory, and begin paying employees. Imagine, if land value rents were instituted, he would be able to get the land virtually for free, as the previous owner of the land did not want to pay the rent and wanted to get rid of it. Instead of borrowing $1.5 million from the bank, he rather borrows only $1 million, builds an even better factory, buys better equipment, and can afford to employ more staff.
Or take another example. A man has a dream to become a farmer. Under the present economic order he borrows $800k to purchase a small farming property, and borrows an additional $200k to purchase the equipment he needs to work the property. With land value rents, he takes ownership of the land for free, and is only required to borrow the $200k instead of the $1 million. He pays off the bank in 4 years instead of 25 years, and has more disposable income to re-invest into productive uses.
Consider yet another example. A young couple wants to get into the housing market. Previously, they would have to borrow $200k to buy a 500sq meter block of land, and borrow another $250k to build their home. They become debt slaves to a bank for 30 years. Under a system of land value rents, they purchase the land for a mere $5,000, build an even better dream home for $300k, and because they have more than $30k per year freed up in additional disposable income by not paying taxes, they are
able to pay off their loan in just 8 years. Everybody wins under the Australian Sovereignty Party's stewardship, except perhaps the exorbitantly rich non-tax payers, and the banking cartels.
Well, if you care for the ultra rich land owners who don't pay taxes, if you care for the banks who pay their CEO's tens of millions of dollars every year and punish and cripple the economy with their greedy speculation, then don't vote for the Australian
Sovereignty Party. But if you want 100% of the population to enjoy unheard of prosperity, wealth, financial freedom and a better life, then you must support our mission to set this country free from its present bondage. Still another benefit to land value rents is the fact that it will prevent the whole boom and bust cycle of the economy, which is the cause of a lot of heart ache and job losses for many.
Since the boom and bust cycle is intimately tied to the price of land, when the price of land is reduced to almost nothing, the chaos of boom and bust, which usually proves to be just a massive wealth transfer from the poor to the rich, is avoided.
Borrowing huge funds from the banks to purchase land does nothing for the economy, as no job has been created, and no money has been invested in producing goods or services, it is simply a transfer of wealth. Companies go bust when the price of land, and the associated loan repayments are too high.
Imagine if all the billions of dollars currently borrowed from the banks to by land is rather spent on building factories, businesses, houses and more, the economy would thrive like never before.
Moreover, as businesses are not burdened with paying taxes any more, billions of dollars will stream into this country as companies from all over the world will want to manufacture their goods here,
creating even more jobs, and so we will very likely see full employment... Unlike former governments who brag that 5% unemployed is full employment, no, there will be competitive, well paid employment for every single person in Australia, and we will be the first nation in the world to have a true 0% unemployment rate.
In fact, because under the present order land prices continue to inflate, banks must charge an interest rate that is largely tied to the rate at which land price increases. If land could be obtained for free and is no longer subject to speculation and inflation, then banks will not be able to get away with charging such high interest rates for loans. Think of it like this; if a bank can purchase large swaths of land which increases in value by 8% per annum, it is not profitable for them to loan out money to consumers at say 5% when their money can be earning a higher return by purchasing land.
However, since banks and other investment funds will no longer be able to speculate on land, as land prices are drastically reduced, they might find it more reasonable to loan money to consumers at a lower rate, say at 3-4%. Indeed, economy wide inflation and the CPI will be reduced virtually to zero as the major drivers behind inflation will be eliminated.
The demand for labour as the unemployment rate is vastly reduced will not affect the CPI, particularly as we retie the currency back to the gold standard. Disposable incomes will increase, people will not have to pay any tax, and the price of goods and services will actually come down.
It is hard for people to fathom just how revolutionary, fair and just our NO TAX system is, and how much the lives of every Australian will improve under our stewardship and under land value rents.
Indeed, as the disposable income of every Australian is vastly increased, ASP will promote a reduction in the working hours of employees in place of unnecessary wage increases. With a 32.5 hour working week, there will be more time to spend with families and on other leisure activities. The national stress levels will be vastly reduced, the divorce rate will be lowered, suicide rates will be lowered and the social benefits will be astonishing.
Public Ownership of Natural Resources
All Australian natural resources, all that God has gifted us with, rightfully belongs collectively to every citizen. Previous governments had no right to sell off mines and other mineral deposits for the sake of a quick dollar. All natural resources like oil, gas, deposits of iron ore, copper, zinc, coal etc., where they have illegitimately been sold off or leased they will be nationalised by the Australian Sovereignty Party, and retaken for the rightful benefit of all citizens.
Mining companies will be compensated to the reasonable value of their capital investment into the development of their mines, but by no means will they be compensated for any potential future loss of income, as the natural resources have in some cases illegally and illegitimately been sold off by former governments (some evidence suggests with bribery involved), or leased in a pathetic contract that robs the Australian people of their rightful income.
All natural resources, whether currently exploited or not, will be the eternal property and inheritance of every Australian citizen. An elected ASP government, as stewards and caretakers of the land, will tender extraction contracts out to Australian mining companies. In practise, an iron ore deposit will become available for mining. One Australian mining company will place a bid stating that they will extract and process 'x' amount of the iron-ore for 'y' fee, but another mining company will place a competitive bid stating they will extract and process the same quantity, for a lower fee. And so, competition is once again reintroduced back into the whole extraction process of mining, bringing greater efficiencies.
Whatever is extracted will belong to the Australian people. The mining company may also be paid a small commission tied to their performance. Now, the Australian government, pooling all the
extracted resources together much like the AWB used to pool the wheat together, is in a position to sell the commodities on the market for a good price for the benefit of the Australian people. An ASP government has the power to sell those refined commodities to Australian manufacturers at a lower
price, to help encourage manufacturing and economic productivity in Australia, while continuing to sell those commodities offshore for a higher, international market based price.
As it assists us with our monetary policy of re-tying the Australian dollar back to the gold standard, any commodities sold by the government to offshore companies will be sold in exchange for real gold, silver or other precious metals.
We do not want to flood this country with any more fiat world
currencies, we want real wealth to return to this nation in the form of valuable, cold hard gold, which we shall use to help create a new currency of real tangible value, made with real gold (this is explained in further detail under our monetary policy).
How much revenue will be raised for public expenditure
Consider that the total annual revenue collected / stolen by state and federal governments is approximately $350 billion per annum, which is raised by all the manifold, illegitimate taxes that burden the population. This revenue is then spent on infrastructure, health, education, defence, social services, loan repayments, lining their pockets, etc...
Consider that with land value rents and public ownership of all our natural resources, an ASP government could potentially raise AU$340 billion just from land value rents alone, and well over AU$200 billion from public ownership of natural resources (given that Australia has vast amounts of untapped oil that we are being prevented from exploiting by the UN and other bodies, and huge deposits of other minerals that are not yet being extracted), in addition to the licensing of fisheries, forestry, the electromagnetic spectrum and so forth which are all once again owned collectively by Australian citizens.
So, an ASP government will raise well over AU$540 billion per annum from our system, despite the fact that the average Aussie will be better off by $32,000 a year, and individuals and businesses will thrive not having to pay any tax. Now, this level of revenue, which belongs to the Australian public, is
actually almost AU$200 billion a year more than is collected by state and federal regimes through the
current punitive and unfair taxation system that is preventing the economy from thriving like never before. With an extra $200 billion, we will be able to provide 100% free, high quality public transport for all.
We will be able to establish the highest quality health care system in the world, which will be 100% free for every citizen, a health care system that includes an individual's freedom and right to choose between poisonous and toxic pharmaceutical based health care, or to choose far healthier and more effective natural, homeopathic, alternative health care remedies and medicines, all provided at no cost to the public (more on this in our health policy).
We can afford to vastly improve aged care services and rightfully increase pensions for our senior citizens who deserve far more respect and honour than is currently given to them, better disability care services, better social services, and provide more funding for the police forces and military. In fact, as the economy improves under this system, and the unemployment rate is immensely reduced, additional nrevenue that is currently spent on funding the dole and unemployment benefits can be liberated, which can further add to our ability to improve infrastructure (including abolishing all toll roads which are unconstitutional and illegal), and improving the education system, which will be truly free for all.
A philosophical point on LVR
Some might accuse us of being socialists because of our provision of 100% free, quality healthcare, education and other social services. Socialism has nothing to do with it. You as a citizen are a
shareholder in the corporation that is Australia. Just as any shareholder of a company is entitled to a dividend from the profits made by that company, so too are you, as a citizen shareholder of Australia, entitled to a dividend from the profits created by the exploiting and renting of our common natural
resources and land.
Instead of paying a cash dividend back to you as a citizen shareholder in Australia, the Australian Sovereignty Party will re-plough that dividend back into the community providing all citizens regardless of how much they earn, with free and immediate access to the same level of high quality health care, high quality education, well maintained infrastructure, social services and pensions etc..
Regarding the paying of pensions to senior citizens, as they have been long time shareholders in Australia, and as they have built this country with their blood, sweat and tears, they are absolutely
entitled to a decent pension, to decent aged care services, and they should also be given a lot more respect and honour from the younger generations. We must honour our elders, and treat them with the dignity they deserve, for we too will age and soon be standing in their shoes. A society that does not honour its elders has lost its soul.
Consider still another reason why LVR, replacing all other taxes, is better for the community. Under the present tax regime, we are all made out to be criminals. Be honest, how many Australians cheat on their tax returns, claiming items as tax offsets that perhaps they never purchased. Many people try and hide part of their income from the ATO, so as to reduce their tax liability. Under a system of land value rents, it is impossible for anyone to cheat the system!
Consider how many people get away with hiding or not declaring part or all of their income, so as not to pay tax, well, it is not possible for land to be hidden, so everyone will pay their fair share under our system, there will be no more “tax” cheats. Consider how a tradesman might want to pay a labourer cash in hand for some work, and if that labourer does not declare the money he earned and does not pay tax on it, the current system makes him out to be a criminal. Under the present tax regime, so many of us working class people who are just trying to earn a living are classified as criminals, and the ATO will hunt you down, yet no one raises any ire to the fact that the very richest often do not pay any tax at all, and they get away with it.
A system of land value rents is the fairest, most impartial system of raising public funds that has ever been devised. No person can rightly accuse this system of being inequitable, since LVR justly charges a person or business only for what they take from the community. When you work hard to earn your wages, you keep every single dollar you make, and no one will ever take that from you again.

NO TAX POLICY
Question:
My husband and I (both 26 years old) just took out a 30 year, $350k loan for a new house & land package. If you introduce land value rents, then the potential sale price of our new home might drop by $100k, so this is not fair, we will loose out in our asset value!
Answer:
You have taken out a 30 year loan for $350k, which means at the current rate you would be paying about $535 /week. Over 30 years, you will have to pay $835k, a $485k premium over the original sale price. With the combined income of you and your partner at $90k, with the elimination of all other forms of direct and indirect taxation, and only paying your LVR, you and your partner could be saving as much as $40k per annum.
If you were to put this saving back into paying off your loan quicker, you could pay off your loan in less than 7 years, and save almost $400k in loan repayments. Because the institution of LVR will cause the bank lending rates to be significantly reduced, when factoring this into the equation you could pay off the loan in less than 6 years, and save even more money. In most cases, the additional savings that people will keep by not paying any direct and indirect tax, will more than recompense property owners in the short to medium term.
Additionally, for home owners who have patriotically brought many children into this world, rest easy in the knowledge that your children will now easily be able to afford their own homes without having to become a financial slave to a bank for most of their lives.

I am currently renting a 2 bedroom unit in a block of 8 units for $1300 / month. Will I have to pay the LVR in addition to paying my weekly rent?
Answer:
No. The land lord, the owner of that unit will have to pay the land value rent. Since you are living in a block of 8 units, and if the value of the block of land was assessed at $400k, then the land lord would be paying 1/8th of the monthly LVR, which works out to be less than $390 / month. Since you are paying $1300 per month, the land lord would still be making more than $900 profit per month, on which he does not have to pay any tax or council rates.

My wife and I are retired, live alone on a rural property, and just want to be left alone to subsist off our land without requiring money, needing to receive a pension or having to engage with the economy in any way. With LVR, wont I be forced to take a pension and or look for a part time job so I can afford to pay the LVR on our land?
Answer:
Under the current taxation regime, you are probably already paying some form of rates on your land, regardless whether or not you step a foot off your property to engage with society. But for those of you who do wish to simply subsist off your own rural property in an agrarian manner (like the Amish population in America), without needing to engage with the earning of, and exchange of currency, we will allow for a special accommodation to be met whereby you can pay your LRV to the community simply by growing and harvesting a relatively small quantity of produce which is of equivalent value to the assessed LVR. The government will arrange for this produce to be collected by the appropriate public servants, which will then be sold on your behalf.
Question:
I am concerned with the idea of no longer owning my land, of only being able to rent it from the community. If I am only a land renter, what is to stop the government or anyone else just coming and taking my land off me?
Answer:
This is a very interesting point. First of all, if you think you really, truly “own” your land right now you would be wrong. Under the present regime, the government has the power to legally remove you from you property at any time, and provide you with whatever they may determine is a just level of compensation. The government may want to build a military base, or perhaps build a highway or airport on land that you have “owned” for many years. So if you really think you truly “own” your land now, you are mistaken.
Furthermore, we can prove that former/current state and federal Labor governments have been receiving and implementing orders dictated by their British Fabian socialist masters. When you read the documents of the Fabian Socialists, you will see that one of their seditious agendas is to remove private property ownership from the public. Primarily, it has been Labor governments who have continued to introduce laws making it ever more difficult for a land owner to do what they wish with their properties.
Moreover, both major parties have been implementing UN “AGENDA 21”, and other “green wedge” legislation designed to restrict property owners from even accessing and using their land as they so desire, thereby removing private property ownership by stealth, by fiat! Lets have a look at two quick examples. A rural property owner recently cut down a tree on his own property to help prevent his house from being burned down by an encroaching bushfire. The rotten local council fined him $200,000, as he did not have the right (under the current tyrannical regime) to even cut down a single tree on his own land, without the special permission from the government.
A second example is the well know case of Peter Spencer and many other farmers who were told by the criminal government that they were no longer permitted to use their own land for grazing their animals. This disgusting government is implementing a tyrannical system of unfair controls and restrictions upon land owners, so if you really think you “own” your land now, you need to wake up!
The fact is, under an ASP stewardship, property owners/renters will immediately be released from this bondage and tyranny, and all of this so called “green wedge” legislation will be abolished. We will restore true freedom to this nation, and that freedom includes the right of a property owner to do what they please with their own properties. A family living on an acre block up in the mountains will be able to cut down a branch, or even an entire tree if they so wish, using it for firewood or any purpose they so desire. A farmer will be able to build a small dam without needing the permission of the government, and without paying a tax on the rainfall collected in this dam. A beef farmer can within reason remove trees on his property to allow for more cattle grazing.
Our policy is to “educate, not regulate”. With property owners being educated on good agricultural and farming practices that help prevent environmental degradation, most people will be socially responsible and do the right thing. We do not need tyrannical legislation to shackle every property owner from touching their own land simply because someone on a rare occasion might go too far in stripping their land bare of all vegetation for no purpose, of which, even if they if they did so after land value rents are instituted, their rent obligation to the community could likely rise as the potential agricultural yield of their land has increased since they have cleared the trees and natural vegetation.
Most people who choose to live in rural areas do so because they love the clean and fresh air, they love being on the doorstep of nature, they enjoy looking at the beautiful green surrounds that bring a peace and contentment to the soul. These people are not going to want to destroy all of their natural surrounds, otherwise why would they choose to live in such locations. So, a socially responsible farmer has ever right to cut down a couple of trees on his property if he so wishes, and to build a barn house or storage shed without jumping over legal hurdles and red tape in getting permission from the government to do so!
As for urban property owners, zoning laws and restrictions on developing, improving and/or modifying their residential/commercial/industrial premises will be largely lifted. Too much legislation, red tape and restrictions are a heavy burden on society, and so, we will see to it that freedom and liberty is restored, and that government shall diminish in size and power, as the rights and freedoms of the individual is reinstated. So to conclude, people who have title to properties will actually have significantly more “land ownership rights” when LVR is instituted under an ASP government.

I own and operate a small business. It will be such a relief when taxation is abolished, and I will have so much more free time to actually operate my business rather than mucking around with all the paperwork, red-tape and compliance all day long. Will business operators like myself still have to contribute towards the superannuating of my employees?
Answer:
Yes. However the Australian Sovereignty Party will be making some changes to super laws. For example, we will allow people to have their superannuation contributed directly to their primary residence home mortgages (unless that loan was deliberately secured against the house for other purposes), provided that if or when ever they sell their house, the total contribution of super that has been paid towards that mortgage is quarantined, and redirected back into a super fund.

You say you will abolish all taxes, does this include the fuel excise?
Answer:
There will be no more GST or excise on fuel if we are able to form a government. In fact, as we reclaim back all our natural resources for the public, which includes our oil reserves that are far more extensive than most people know or realise since much of it has been deliberately barred from being accessed for global/ political reasons, we as a nation will soon fully produce our own requirement for oil and fuel, and will no longer rely on imports. As the oil will belong collectively to the public under an ASP stewardship, we could potentially sell it to the public only for the cost of extraction and refinement, or perhaps with only a small mark up that will go towards roads. The price of fuel at the pump could come down by as much as 75%, and this will greatly benefit families and the economy.

I am a single mother and struggle to pay for my car registration and TAC insurance, will there be any changes to these fees?
Answer:
Under a federal and state ASP stewardship you will not pay any TAC insurance, and only a one time, small administrative fee will be charged for permanent vehicle registration. Only upon sale / transfer of vehicle ownership will there be the requirement to pay the small administrative registration fee. Our philosophy in not forcing drivers to pay TAC insurance, is that by having the state cover the cost for road accidents, injuries and related medical costs etc., it is simply ensuring the productivity of the economy. The related bureaucracy and its costs will also be vastly reduced. It is the government's responsibility to build the roads for the sake of the economy, therefore the nation also provides the cover for all its users to ensure the continuance of economic productivity, which is beneficial to all of society, whether or not you use the roads.

I am of the Rothschild banking dynasty. My cronies and I at the World Conservation Bank hate humanity and wish all of you cannon fodder were dead. What will happen to all the land that we directly or indirectly own, so that we can try to prevent the world's population from growing food or developing?
Answer:
First of all, under the stewardship of the Australian Sovereignty Party when justice and truth shall once again prevail, if you or your fellow global elite step one foot onto our Australian soil, you will be arrested on sight for crimes against humanity. You will be given a fair trail, and the evidence of your crimes will be assessed by a jury of your peers, whom you will not be able to bribe or control.

Any corruption is aberrant to the Australian Sovereignty Party, and we will do everything in our power to promptly remove any bureaucrats, politicians, public servants and the like who are caught being corrupt, dishonest, fraudulent or criminal in anyway shape or form. If a person believes that their land value has been wrongly assessed, they will have access to a special tribunal to present their case for reassessment. There will be no penalty or charge for bringing forward such cases, and we will ensure that it is processed as quickly as possible.
Moreover, as the Australian Sovereignty Party will be the most honest, open and accountable government in history, we will create a nationwide database that can be accessed by every resident, a database that specifies the land vale and hence the required rent for every single property in Australia. Each and every resident in this country will be able to look up any known property, even your next door neighbors if you so wish, and learn exactly how much land value rent must be paid by that land owner. With such a system, it will be evident to all if a land value assessor has deliberately assessed his or her mate's properties to be of a lower value, hence unfairly reducing the amount of land vale rent they pay. Corruption and dishonesty will not be tolerated!
INFRASTRUCTURE
Question:
I invested in shares for Transurban/Citylink, and you say that ASP will nationalise the toll roads. What will happen to the value of my shares?
Answer:
Yes, the Australian Sovereignty Party will immediately take control of all toll roads, and return them back to the public for free use. We will not be providing any compensation for these companies who have illegally and unconstitutionally charged the public for the right of travel. In the case of Transurban who built Citylink for $1.8 billion more than a decade ago, and who would be earning almost $400 million per year for another 24 years, and who has already well and truly recouped their investment, we make no apologies for nationalising the roads for the people.
If you as an investor feel cheated, we recommend you sue Transurban for engaging in illegal and unconstitutional activities, and we also recommend you sue the corrupt politicians (acting outside of the constitution) for having ever illegally negotiated with private corporations to toll our roads.
Question:
The price for my water, gas and electricity bills just keep going up and up, can anything be done about this?
Answer:
The Australian Sovereignty Party will be nationalising all infrastructure and essential services like gas and electricity. Private industry that is only in it for the profit will no longer determine the cost for, and quality of these services, as it will once again be the domain of the public. The price of water, gas and electricity will be sold to the public at cost only, these services that are essential to life and the economy must never be controlled by private profiteering entities. The Australian Sovereignty Party also supports the concept of providing each suburban household with the first 100 litres of water per person for free, and then only charging a small fee for extra usage thereof.
HEALTH & AGEING
Question:
My doctor recommends that vaccines are effective and safe, and the government and media tells us that we should vaccinate our children. Why should we believe your party in claiming that vaccines are harmful?
Answer:
The answer is, do not believe us! But do not believe the government, do not believe your doctor who is most likely getting kickbacks from the pharmaceutical companies, do not believe anyone. Do the research for yourself, and stop blindly believing everything you are told! Of course, we are happy to point you in the right direction in your research, such as to Dr. Russell Blaylock, the worlds leading brain surgeon and neuroscientist who pioneered research into cytotoxins, who calls vaccinations foolish and dangerous.
We can point you to Dr. Leonard Horowitz, who has evidence and exposed the fact that pharmaceutical companies developed the HIV and Ebola viruses amongst many others, and with government assistance deliberately released these viruses on the public through vaccines and other methods. We could show you how German scientists found cancer viruses in the swine flu vaccine. Perhaps we should point out how as many as 20% of women who have received the Gardasil cervical cancer vaccine are now sterilised and can never give birth again, and that dozens of women around the world are now dead from taking this shot. We could write 100 books on the dangers of vaccines, but we encourage you to research the matter for yourself. If you are intent on getting “immunised”, we suggest you talk with a licensed homoeopath about receiving homeoprophylaxis, an orally taken, natural, effective and safe method for developing immunity.
